Norman G. Wilder Wildlife Area with Chris Bennett

June 6 @ 8:00 am 12:00 pm EDT

Kentucky Warbler by Chris Bennett

Forest Birding at Norman G. Wilder WLA

The forests of Norman G. Wilder WA provide habitat for a wide variety of nesting songbirds.  We should see and/or hear Yellow-billed Cuckoo, Wood Thrush, Yellow-throated Vireo, Black-and-white, Worm-eating, Kentucky and possibly Hooded Warblers and Scarlet and Summer Tanager among others.  Ticks may be numerous so insect repellent is highly recommended.  A Conservation Access Pass is required.

Contact Carolyn at [email protected] if you have any questions about this trip.

Meet at the C&R Center parking lot on C&R Center Road (39.037213, -75.639874)
