Bayshore Wildlife Areas: Woodland Beach to Ted Harvey
March 4 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
The Delaware Bayshore between Woodland Beach and Ted Harvey Wildlife Areas offers some of the best birding in the United States. This trip will visit some of the 13,521 acres of state-owned land along the bayshore in search of waterfowl, songbirds, waterbirds and raptors.
Meet leader Chris Bennett at the Aquatic Resources Education Center, on Route 9, 8AM-Noon
Please remember that these state wildlife areas now require you to have a Conservation Access Pass for your vehicle. There are no fee boxes at the locations, so if you plan to park in the State Wildlife Area lots you must purchase the pass ahead of time. Information about the pass and how to purchase it may be found here: www.dnrec.alpha.delaware.gov/fish-wildlife/conservation-access-pass/
