The 3,300 acres of Chesapeake Farms are devoted to the development, evaluation and demonstration of advanced agricultural practices and wildlife management techniques, which are designed to be environmentally sound, productive, economically viable and socially acceptable.

Directions to Chesapeake Farms

7319 Remington Drive, Chestertown, MD 21620

Take U.S. 301 south to MD 291. Exit to the right, turn left at stop sign and proceed to traffic circle. Proceed around the circle to the right and take the first right onto MD 291 West. Follow to Chestertown, MD. Stay on 291 0.6 miles past the traffic light to a "T" intersection. Turn right on Rt.20 (Rock Hall Road). In about 8.0 miles you will come to a vacant, red, metal building on the right, a Chesapeake Farms sign will be about ¾ mile ahead on the right.

At sign turn left on Ricauds Branch Road. Proceed 0.5 miles to Chesapeake Farms sign and turn right on Remington Dr. Proceed down the paved road and past the main farm building on the left. Continue on the paved road, through the gate (disregard that sign about private drive). Please DO NOT get out of your car to view the birds on the pond on your right. Proceed to the brick house on your right and park in the parking area either directly ahead of you or on your left. Proceed to enter the Lodge (small white building to the left on the brick house) through the left door. There are restrooms and a meeting room inside where we will assemble.
